Psalm 127:3

“Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward.”

Children are such a blessing, and they need our love and attention now more than ever. If there is a child/children in your life whether a son, daughter, grandchild, niece, nephew, or student, let them see Christ in you and teach them God’s principles. Faith in Jesus Christ is something that permeates every area of our lives, and it is something that we should be talking about to them constantly. They also need to see us reading our bible, praying, quoting scripture, acting in compassion, practicing patience and acting out our faith. This will create a thirst for spiritual things in them and they will see something in us that they will admire. So, in leading our children and training our children, the most important thing we must do is to live it first. What we teach our children must be real to us first. It is a part of our lives, and we need to teach our kids that Jesus Christ is to be a part of everything that we do. As we model that for them and teach it to them, it will create a desire in them as well. But first, we must be good examples for these precious little ones.
