We need to stop operating from the subconscious mind and operate from the conscious mind. The subconscious mind is our autopilot, it’s a database of programs and habits. Our conscious mind operates in the moment and is aware of the here and now. Most of the time we are on autopilot, we’re constantly thinking throughout the day and we don’t observe our own behavior. We need to be wise in our actions. We have to get past that uncomfortable part of breaking bad habits and old programming. People think you need motivation for action, but it’s actually the other way around. Action creates motivation. With each small milestone your one step closer to your goal. Keep the end in mind but create small milestones to get there. This is called growth mindset and anyone can do it. It just takes persistent effort on your end. Break those strongholds once an for all.
